Drawn to the Water’s Edge
Water is the driving force of all nature.
— Leonardo da Vinci
Wherever I roam on this vast blue and green globe, I am always drawn to the water’s edge. Back in the Pacific Northwest, I find the view has not changed. No matter how far I go or how long I am gone, it will never lose its draw. Every time I return, I feel welcomed back with open arms. Isn’t that what we long for in our human relationships too? To be welcomed and loved?
I am thankful for the new friendships that 2019 brought, especially the ones through events like Mindvalley University. Having a truly global family of friends that I can visit everywhere I go is beyond anything I would have imagined just a decade ago. Now, I am planning our travel schedule for this year with anticipation of all the new people and adventures that will cross our path.
One thing I know for sure is that it will include many walks along the water’s edge. Perhaps with you?
