Remembering Barista Training
As the cold and rainy weather in Seattle continues, my thoughts turn to hot cups of steamed milk and espresso.
I recall the barista trainings I experienced in Edinburgh, Scotland and the thoughts of grey skies disappear. Now all I see is beautiful brown swirls of espresso dripping into the glass and smooth silky frothed milk being poured in swirls.
