Packing List

January 13, 2020 By

We’ve been traveling full-time since June 2017. Along the way, I’ve learned a few things about what to pack and what not to pack. Since I learned so much from others before I started the journey, I wanted to pay it forward and share with you.

I’ve compiled a list of what we have on the road with us, either that we brought or have acquired along the way. Food items are carried with us and replaced as needed. My goal is to be frugal, ethical and look for items with lifetime guarantees anytime I can. Items in bold have lifetime guarantees and I highly recommend those companies.

We strive to travel as lightly as possible given the weather we will encounter, the length of time we are traveling, and considering the creature comforts that are meaningful and help us feel at home wherever we are in the world. Assembling this list really demonstrated just how much we have efficiently chosen our belongings and learned to pack them incredibly well in small spaces. There is always room for improvement though, so you can expect this list to change and evolve as we grow in our life as nomads.
