Chief Seattle’s Web of Life Philosophy
I am learning, slowly, the wisdom of the chief.
In quiet moments and serendipitous friendships.
I see the web and the stunning strands.
All criss-crossing where hand meets hand.
I am just one strand. I can live in ease.
There is no charge that I do it all.
With my own strand, I will just be.
In this moment. In this place.
In this cycle. In this space.
That is enough for me.
