Getting started with choosing a journal, selecting pens and markers, and finding the best resources for inspiration and creativity can be a bit overwhelming. Sometimes the countless decisions can make the process paralyzing. I’d like to help dispel some of those concerns and decision fatigue by sharing with you my minimalist approach to creative bullet journaling.
I’ve seen so many bullet journal videos that helped me set my bullet journaling practice in place, that I wanted to create one to share what I’ve learned. Perhaps my video will be one that inspires you to give bullet journaling a try! I really believe it is a practice that is positive for both mental and emotional health.
