2019 marked the year I installed the daily habit of bullet journaling. One of the first pages I created was a monthly tracker for healty habits. It includes all of the daily behaviors and tasks I want to track. Many of the habits are ones that I’ve already been doing diligently every day. Others are more random when I get them done.
There are a few that I’m not trying to do everyday, like laundry, but want to have an idea of how often I am doing it and if there are any patterns to the days I do it. If I see that I am always doing laundry on Wednesday, then I could add that to my calendar, rather than having it be more random.
The new habits I want to start are flossing and oil pulling. After we started traveling in 2017, and I no longer had my waterpik for flossing, I got out of the habit. Now that we are preparing to head back to Europe and will be paring down our suitcases, I want to make sure that I’m not neglecting my teeth and gums just because of our lifestyle. So getting this established now when things are more consistent is the right time.
